At Nail Making Kit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for processing your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you are uncertain about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, we recommend first processing a return for the original item. After your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
